My name is Korinn Mowrey. I build bridges between the body, mind and soul.

As a professional dancer and the founder of Makin' Waves in Health and Fitness, movement has always been my first language. But my true calling emerged when I looked beyond the studio. In my teens, I rejected mainstream diet culture in favor of a Nutritarian lifestyle rooted in whole-food nutrition. In my twenties, that journey expanded from the physical to the mental as I immersed myself in neuroscience and quantum manifestation. Exploring how we can rewire the brain's self-limiting patterns and create new neural pathways for growth, resilience, and possibility. 

I founded Makin' Waves to bring this transformative approach to my rural community in Midcoast Maine. Through daily fitness and dance classes like PowerTone, Dance2Fit, and Microflex, along with deeply personalized one-one-one coaching, I help people break free from the limitations of one-size-fits-all health systems that often leave them feeling stuck. 

This is more than fitness---it's coaching for the soul. My work is designed to help you move beyond your blocks, reconnect with your authentic self, and step into the person you're meant to become. Whether I'm teaching nutrition in schools, performing on stages across the country, or leading seminars on quantum manifestation, my mission remains the same: to inspire lasting transformation in health, healing, and personal growth.
